Job Description
- Manage day-to-day operations of online stores and marketplaces
- Ensure product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory are accurate and up to date
- Monitor website performance, functionality, and user experience
- Plan and execute product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Optimize product assortment, categorization, and site navigation
- Create and maintain product content (descriptions, images, specifications)
- Track and analyze key metrics such as sales, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, and retention
- Prepare reports and recommend improvements to drive performance
- Execute digital marketing efforts including email, SEO, paid ads, social media, and influencer campaigns
- Ensure promotions are accurately implemented across all online channels
- Manage sales platforms such as Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, TikTok Shop, etc.
- Optimize marketplace content, advertising, and promotions
- Work closely with supply chain and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Monitor stock levels and minimize out-of-stock issues
- Improve overall customer experience and resolve issues
- Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies and business plans
- Manage budgets and forecast sales performance
- Lead and mentor team members
- Collaborate with senior management on digital transformation initiatives
- Identify new platforms, tools, and opportunities to drive online growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
- Experience with platforms such as Shopify
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and online merchandising
